Coffeefire is San Jose’s premier nano roaster.
NOTE: You can buy mail-order bags of roasted whole beans, but our license only allows us to ship to Californian addresses.
We roast to order. Specifically, we can roast from a selection of specialty origins to your preferred lightness or darkness in 800g batches at a time on a 1kg roaster.
Usually a well developed roast will loose 12-14% weight loss during the roasting process so 800 grams (28.2 oz) yields slightly more than 680 grams (24 oz), which is why we sell bags in 12 or 24 oz sizes.

When you order please let us know three things:
- Which beans
- Preferred roast level: light, medium, dark.
- Qty. (how many 12 oz or 24 oz bags)
